What Is Neurodivergent Facilitation?

Neurodivergent facilitation is not traditional therapy and not cookie-cutter coaching. It’s a collaborative space where we explore how your brain and nervous system work, and then build simple, realistic ways to move through life with less overwhelm and more self-trust. Together we map your sensitivities, strengths, and patterns, and create practices that honor your monotropic focus, need for recovery time, and deep inner life.

Meet Your Facilitator :

I’m Corey, a lifelong contemplative, artist, and neurodivergent human (ADHD/autistic) who has spent decades learning how to live with an intense, monotropic mind in a very fast, very loud world.

I don’t approach you as a “fixing project,” but as someone whose way of being can be understood and supported. My work blends lived experience, long-term meditation practice, and a deep respect for your own inner wisdom.

Together, we slow things down, listen carefully, and find practical ways to move through daily life with more spaciousness, self-acceptance, and ease.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Free 20-Minute Call
We briefly meet, sense into fit, and name what you’re struggling with and what you’re hoping for.

2. Gentle Mapping Session
In our first full session, we map your sensory landscape, stress patterns, and support needs.

3. Ongoing Support
We meet regularly to integrate tools, adjust plans, and keep things compassionate and realistic.

Rates:

Individual ND Facilitation — $85 

60-minute sessions offering personalized support, monotropic flow guidance, ND-friendly mindfulness, and practical strategies for everyday life.

Family / Parenting Session — $105

60-minute sessions supporting families, partners, and parents navigating ND needs, communication, sensory regulation, and household harmony.

Monthly Support Packages — Starting at $240

Ongoing guidance with weekly or biweekly sessions and optional messaging support between sessions.
